Talisman Production Time

All talismans, incense tablets, charms, and spiritual items in our shop are handmade to order, following traditional Maoshan Taoist rituals.
We create only 10 talismans per day to maintain quality and authenticity.

Please allow 24 hours for production before your order ships.
This processing time may be longer depending on:

  • The number of orders in the queue

  • Ritual complexity

  • Quantity ordered

Time-Sensitive Orders / Do You Accept Rush Orders?

It depends on our current workload.

  • All orders are fulfilled first-come, first-served

  • Express shipping only speeds up delivery, not production time

How to Track My Order?

You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking scan to appear.

For some destinations, packages may go through multiple carriers.
If you need full tracking history, email us and we will provide all tracking numbers.

How to Cancel an Order?

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
After production begins or the item ships, cancellations are no longer possible.

How to Change an Order?

Changes can be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Do I Have to Pay Duties and Taxes?

  • USA: No taxes/duties for orders up to $800 USD

  • EU: No taxes/duties for our parcel types

  • Canada: No taxes/duties

  • Australia: No taxes/duties for orders under 1000 AUD
