Delivery Options
The delivery options for your destination are displayed at checkout.

We offer convenient door-to-door shipping as our standard free shipping service. For faster delivery, we also provide express shipping with door-to-door service. Note that express shipping is not available to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.

Shipping in 2025
We are shipping from London (England) and China (Maoshan). Due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, EU customs processing may take longer than usual.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

United States (US)

  • Standard: Free shipping in 5-19 business days (2-7 business days processing + 3-12 business days delivery).

  • Express: 3 GBP, delivery in 4-13 business days (1-3 business days processing + 3-10 business days delivery).

United Kingdom (UK)

  • Standard: Free shipping in 4-9 business days (1-2 business days processing + 3-7usiness days delivery).

  • Express: 3 GBP, delivery in 4-6 business days (1-2 business days processing + 3-4 business days delivery).

Other Countries

  • Express only: 3 GBP (free for orders over 500 USD).

  • Delivery time: 8-17 business days 

Order Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear.

Duties and Taxes

  • US: Packages up to 800 USD are not charged taxes or duties.

  • EU & Canada: No taxes or duties are charged.

  • Australia: Packages up to 1000 AUD are not charged taxes or duties.
    For taxes and duties in other countries, please contact your local customs office.

Repeated Shipping

  • If a parcel is not picked up in time and returned to us, the customer will need to pay for reshipping.

  • If the customer does not arrange reshipping within 60 days, the order will be annulled, with no refund.

Please Note

  • We are not responsible for packages that are delivered and signed for, or if proof of delivery is available.

  • If you believe your package is missing, please contact the delivery service directly.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
